SAP (D): Working Student (f/m) Knowledge Management Competency Center (CM)

Purpose and Objectives:
The Knowledge Management Competency Center (KMCC) provides a world-class KM function for SAP and aims to drive efficiencies in the production and effective use of sales and marketing content and content delivery channels. The KMCC is a partner to content providers and content consumers in sales and marketing and provides the following services:

  • Content management standards, processes and infrastructure
  • Close alignment with KMCC Intranet Management and data global portal repositories
  • Best practices and project management support

Within the KMCC, the Content Management team works with content provider and content consumer teams to establish content management standards, processes and infrastructure for go-to-market content.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Supporting the KMCC Content Management team with performance measurements and communication tasks
  • Coordination support for projects to drive towards deliverables and timelines
  • Support content development, maintenance & quality assurance in content management tools
  • Maintain reporting and content management tools

Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies:

  • Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Fields of study: business administration, computer sciences, information sciences or from related areas having an information management affinity
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good verbal and written skills in English
  • Solid team player open to work in cross functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative with good analytical skills
  • Drive for execution and results with quality excellence in mind
